Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care during the evening shift.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity; perform rounds and respond to needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility nursing procedures; assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff; maintain clean, safe rooms and common areas.
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and nursing leadership.

CNA Evening Shift Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents throughout the evening shift. Your responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity during the evening shift
• Perform regular resident rounds and respond to resident needs
• Follow individualized care plans and facility nursing procedures
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and nursing leadership

CNA Qualifications
