Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA Certification required.
• New CNAs with clinical training are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing, nursing home, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior care is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or required according to facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity during the night shift.
• Perform regular resident rounds and respond to resident needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility nursing procedures.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas.
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and the nursing leadership team.

CNA Night Shift Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands‑on care and support to residents throughout the overnight shift. Your responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility

• Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity during the night shift

• Perform regular resident rounds and respond to resident needs

• Follow individualized care plans and facility nursing procedures

• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff

• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas

CNA Qualifications
