Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Lincolnwood Place in a full-time night shift role. The position pays USD 19.5 hourly and includes a benefits package and DailyPay option.

You will care for residents under RN/LPN or Director supervision, take vital signs, assist with daily activities, document observations, and promote resident rights and dignity.

Formación

• A High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• 1+ years of clinical/nursing experience.
• CNA licensure as required by state regulations.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care and contribute to care plans.
• Follow resident schedules and care plans.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Respect resident rights and maintain independence where possible.
• Inform supervisor of issues or concerns.

We are looking for individuals who can embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART; Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork.This position is responsible for caring for the residents under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), LPN/LVN, or Director of Health & Wellness.

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor.
• Assist as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care to residents.
• Contribute to the resident’s assessment and the plan of care.
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Promote and protect resident rights, assist residents in making informed decisions, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect, avoid the need for physical restraints in accordance with the current professional standards, and support independent expression, choice, and decision-making consistent with applicable law and regulation.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.

Level of Formal Education: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
