Job summary

Rehab of Kansas City South is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Day, Evening, and Night shifts. If you’re dependable CNA who enjoys caring for residents and working as part of a supportive nursing team, we’d love to meet you!

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands‑on care, help with daily living activities, and maintain a safe, respectful environment. Report to the Charge Nurse and work with a caring team to deliver quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR currently enrolled in a CNA certification program.
• At least 6 months CNA experience preferred, or clinical experience gained through a CNA program.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality resident care.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate daily care to residents
• Making regular resident rounds and responding to resident needs
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• Taking and reporting resident information as directed
• Making beds and maintaining clean, safe resident rooms
• Keeping water pitchers clean, filled, and within residents’ reach
• Following facility policies, nursing procedures, and safety regulations
• Communicating resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
• Working as part of the nursing team to provide quality resident care

• Day Shift: 6:20 AM – 2:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do
