HumanGood in Boise, Idaho, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver person-directed care for residents. You will help with daily living activities, encouragement of participation, and safe, compassionate support in a community setting.

We offer a competitive pay range ($20-$25 per hour) with meaningful shift differentials and a robust benefits package. New grads are welcome, and prior CNA experience is preferred and valued.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedules Available (SIGN ON BONUS FOR BOTH FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS):

• Full-Time Day shifts, from 6AM-2PM
• Part-Time Evening shifts, from 2PM-10PM
• Full-Time Evening shifts, from 2PM-10PM
• Part-Time NOC shifts, from 10PM - 6AM
• Full-Time NOC shifts, from 10PM - 6AM

Pay range:

$20-25 per hour, base pay, depending on years of licensed CNA experience + shift differentials for qualifying shifts

Shift Differentials:

$1 for Evening shift, $2 for NOC shift

To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
