The Terraces of Los Gatos - a HumanGood community is seeking compassionate CNAs to deliver person-directed care. You will assist residents with daily living, support independence, and help create a safe, engaging environment.

Description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

• AM shift- 7:00 am- 3:00 pm(7.5 hours)

Pay: $23 - 28 / hour, DOE + shift differential for PM shift, NOC shift, and weekends

To be successful in the role, you would have to:

• Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant license
• Must have a CPR certificate
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• 1 year of experience or more
