Job summary

Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, OH is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) for Night and Weekend Warrior shifts. You will care for residents under RN/LPN supervision and support daily living activities, with strong emphasis on dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA/STNA (certification) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and coworkers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of CCH Corporation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
