Job summary

Northcrest in Napoleon, OH is seeking an experienced Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) for our Night and Weekend Warrior shifts. The position offers a sign-on bonus and is certified under Northcrest policies.

As a CNA, you will care for residents under RN/LPN supervision, with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will report to the Director of Nursing and provide daily support and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment.
