Job summary

Northcrest located in Napolean, OH is seeking an experienced Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Part Time Nights. The CNA will care for residents under the supervision of RN/LPN and report to the Director of Nursing in a setting that promotes professional growth.

Essential duties include assisting with bathing, grooming, transferring, and other daily living activities, while upholding resident rights and dignity, and complying with policies. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA certification required.
• Experience: good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
