Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, OH is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for positions in full-time and part-time day shifts.

The CNAs will be responsible for caring for residents under the direction of a RN/LPN, maintaining professionalism, and following facility policies. This role emphasizes safety, dignity, and residents’ rights, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA certification required.
• Experience: good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
