Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, OH is seeking an experienced Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Nights and Weekend Warrior shifts. SIGN ON BONUS

As a Northcrest CNA, you will care for residents under the supervision of a RN/LPN, reporting to the Director of Nursing. Essential duties include assisting with daily activities, maintaining resident dignity, and ensuring safety and respect in all interactions.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedure of CCH Corporation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
