Job summary

Northcrest in Napolean, OH is seeking an experienced Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on dayshift. A HUGE SIGN ON BONUS is offered.

As a CNA, you will care for residents under the direction of an RN/LPN, with a focus on dignity, safety, and quality of life. You will assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, and activities of daily living, while maintaining documentation and following policies.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
