Job summary

The Madison on Marsh in Carrollton, TX, is hiring a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Flexible shifts include 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, with a double weekend option and a $1500 sign-on incentive.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers, ambulation and repositioning using safe techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Document care and activities per regulations.
• Support care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain infection-controlled, clean environment.
• Ensure equipment is clean, charged and functioning.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures.
• Promote patient dignity, independence and safety.
