Complete Care Management in Wisconsin is hiring a CNA to join our compassionate clinical team. Your daily duties include assisting residents with ADLs, mobility, and transfers, while maintaining a safe, clean living environment and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care experience is preferred, but newly certified candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care: Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and specific care needs.
• Clinical Monitoring: Observe residents, reporting any changes in physical or mental condition to the charge nurse.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely resident records within our EHR systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the nursing team to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
