Complete-Care-At-Nazareth is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team in Wisconsin on a full-time basis for 1st or 2nd shift with every other weekend requirements.
You will provide direct resident care, monitor health, document in our EHR, and collaborate with the nursing staff to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment. We offer competitive pay with a $3/hr weekend differential, daily pay, and comprehensive health benefits.

As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant on our clinical team, your daily responsibilities will include:
Direct Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, transfers, and specific care needs.
Clinical Monitoring: Actively observe residents, reporting any changes in physical or mental condition to the charge nurse.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely resident records within our EHR systems.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the nursing team to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
To qualify for the CNA Certified Nursing Assistant position, candidates must meet the following:
Certification: Active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome newly certified candidates!
Core Skills: Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
