Job summary

Landing Alexandria is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)/Caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will help with daily living activities while providing compassionate companionship, ensuring residents feel safe, valued, and cared for like family.

In this role, you will collaborate with the nursing team to implement each resident’s care plan with kindness and precision, contributing to a warm, respectful environment where quality care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred and may be required per state regulations.
• An active CNA License in good standing in the state within which services are provided and have current First Aid & CPR Certification.
• One year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and mealtime support.
• Provide companionship and emotional encouragement to residents.
• Work closely with the nursing team to ensure care plans are followed with kindness and accuracy.

POSITION SUMMARY
