Interim HealthCare of West Michigan is seeking a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients homes around Whitewater, WI. Youll help with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, nutrition, and mobility while monitoring vitals and documenting changes.

We offer $20.00–$23.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, flexible daytime hours with no nights or weekends, a 1:1 CNA-to-patient ratio, and tuition discounts through Rasmussen University.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Care for seniors or ill patients at home, assisting with daily activities.
• Assist bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Help with ambulation, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Check vitals, monitor intake/output, and document changes.
• Notify supervisor of changes in care, meds, or equipment.
• Collaborate with home health nurses and aides to follow care plans.
