Interim HealthCare of Madison is hiring Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants to support patients in Madison, WI and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Wisconsin (CNA).
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those in illness in home settings.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming and nutrition.
• Help with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, monitor blood glucose and document changes.
• Collaborate with hospice nurses and aides to follow care plans.
