Job summary

Raleigh is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing home care team in Warrenton, NC. The right candidate will deliver compassionate personal care, assist with mobility, meal planning, and daily living tasks in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include hygiene support, medication assistance, transportation, light housekeeping, and reporting incidents. Valid CNA certificate, driver’s license, TB test, background and drug check, and E-Verify eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Your vehicle must be insured.
• You must have a valid driver's license.
• You will need a current TB
• Your CNA Certificate

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Plan and prepare meals
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
• Complete client's shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary
