Complete Care at Wall is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care that enhances residents’ well-being in a warm, family-like environment. You will support daily living activities and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active and unrestricted CNA certification.
• Experience in long‑term care preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Ensure residents’ living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well‑being among residents.
• Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care.
