Complete Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) team members who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We offer competitive pay of $20.00–$23.75 per hour and flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, per diem).

A flexible pay option is available to access earned wages as needed. Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, plus tuition

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Stock rooms with needed supplies and equipment.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being.
• Follow all applicable state, local, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care that supports the comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being of our residents.
