Complete Care in New Jersey is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The role focuses on assisting residents with daily activities, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and supporting the nursing team to deliver quality care.

Flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available, with paid daily earnings and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualified CNAs earn $19.50–$24.90 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active, unrestricted CNA certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment for residents.
• Set up resident rooms with essential supplies and equipment.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity and emotional well-being.
• Follow all facility, state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
