Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team in Bridgewater Township, New Jersey. You will support residents with daily care needs, promoting dignity and quality of life.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time and per diem shifts, daily pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and PTO. Tuition reimbursement is available for eligible employees and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas.
• Set up rooms with necessary supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Encourage resident engagement, social interaction, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
