Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on resident care in a warm, supportive environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Encourage resident social interaction and emotional well-being.
• Comply with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations.

CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Ensure residents’ living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable
• Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents
• Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care

CNA Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active and unrestricted CNA certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care
