Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing/medical team.
• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety and well-being per long-term care standards.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for assigned shifts.
• Routinely perform rounds and provide responsive care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered environment.
