Job summary
Trinidad Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, dignified care to residents in a skilled nursing setting in Trinidad, CO. The role supports resident well-being, safety, and comfort with regular monitoring and responsive service.

Qualifications
- CO CNA certification or compact state CNA certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited CNA program preferred.
- Demonstrated compassionate, patient-focused care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for residents.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing/medical staff.
- Care for residents and their belongings with respect and kindness.
- Ensure resident comfort, safety and well-being per long-term care standards.
- Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts.
- Routinely make rounds to deliver responsive resident care.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered environment.
