• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and optimal resident outcomes.
• Promote independence and well-being through restorative care practices.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, fostering a positive care environment.
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
