Sangre de Cristo Community Care - Hospice is seeking a compassionate Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on hospice and home health care in Colorado.
In this role, you will assist patients with daily activities, monitor conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver dignified, patient-centered care in home or residential settings. Scheduling is flexible to meet patient and organizational needs.

As a Hospice/Home Health CNA, you will provide hands-on care, comfort, and emotional support to patients and their families in home and residential settings. This role offers scheduling flexibility based on patient and organizational needs. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver personalized, compassionate care.

Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Colorado.
Valid non-restricted Drivers License

Prior experience in hospice care is preferred but not required.
