Job summary

Trinidad Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Trinidad, CO is seeking compassionate Dietary Aides to join our team. You will assist in preparing and serving meals, maintain sanitation, follow care plans, and help ensure residents receive nourishing, appropriate meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Friendly, dependable and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and provide quality service with compassion and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation and dining areas.
• Follow meal plans and portion guidelines according to resident care plans.
• Deliver food trays and assist residents with meal setup as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, servings, and sanitation logs.
• Uphold safety and infection control standards in all dietary tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of residents’ nutrition and well-being.
