Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, part of Centers Health Care, is seeking staff to assist residents at Cooperstown, NY. The role involves observing residents, reporting health issues to supervisors, and assisting with hygiene, meals, and daily care to maintain comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food / fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Base rate is $18.00-$20.50 with an additional $1.25 shift differential for nights & $0.75 for evening.
