Schenectady Center is actively seeking motivated Certified Nursing Assistants for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Schenectady, NY.

We just raised our rates!! Base rate is $18.54-$20.31 per hour with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evenings and nights. Daily Pay is available through a trusted third-party provider for faster access to earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• NY State Certification is required.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bed baths, shaving, and daily cares.
• Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
• Feed residents and provide nutritional supplements as directed.
• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility and turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data
