New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in New Paltz, NY is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents in a 77-bed skilled nursing facility. Multiple shifts are available, including day, evening, and night, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and pay rates of $18.80 to $20.57 per hour plus a $0.75 evening/night differential.

Qualificações

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Experience in a CNA program and NY State Certification.
• In good standing with State Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Observing Residents
• Reporting health issues to the supervising nurse
• Providing personal hygiene care (bed bath, shaving, etc.)
• Setting up meal trays and documenting intake
• Feeding Residents and administering supplements
• Making beds and keeping spaces tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining confidentiality of Resident data

Duties:

• Observing Residents

• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse

• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.

• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake

• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements

• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy

• Transporting Residents within the Facility

• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores

• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member

• Successful completion of a CNA program

• Current NY State Certification

• In good standing with State Registry
