Job summary

Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks an energetic, full-time Activities Aide to plan and implement engaging programs for residents in our skilled nursing facility in Cooperstown, NY. You will work on units without direct supervision, collaborate with recreation specialists, and help with supplies and setup.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, strong organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• A valid NY CNA license is a positive but not required; CNAs receive higher salary.
• Experience with activities in healthcare or recreation therapy coursework.
• Geriatric population experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Positive attitude and energy mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to multi-task.
