Visiting Angels Reading is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to work in Berks and Northern Chester County. Both part-time and full-time positions are available with day, evening and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility assistance. We offer competitive wages from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, with benefits such as ongoing education, health-related benefits, weekly pay, and flexible schedules.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months experience caring for seniors or disabled adults.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must enjoy helping others and be professional and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care: oral care, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, vacuuming.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals.
• Assist with transfers, walking and activity.
• Transport to appointments and errands.
• Provide companionship and supportive assistance.

Visiting Angels of Reading is currently looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to work in and around Berks and Northern Chester County. We serve the local area including and many others. Part-time and full-time positions available. We have day, evening, and overnight shifts available.

Applicants MUST have

• MUST have high school diploma or equivalent
• MINIMUM of 6 months experience in caring for Seniors and/or Disabled Adults professionally or personally.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Reliability and Professionalism are very important.
• MUST enjoy assisting in the needs of others.
• Dementia/Alzheimer's experience a plus.
• CNA a plus Not a requirement.

References and background checks will be performed. We promote a drug-free environment.

Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with personal care services such as oral care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping including laundry, dishes and vacuuming
• Planning, preparing and serving meals
• Assistance with transfers, walking and physical activity
• Assistance with transportation to appointments, activities, errands, and shopping
