Job summary

Springtree Health & Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke, VA is seeking a qualified candidate to join our growing team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

As a CNA you will provide individualized care per plan of care, assist with daily living activities and mobility, monitor health status, and engage residents in social activities to promote well-being. Competitive pay, health benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Virginia CNA certification active.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
