Regency Prineville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Prineville, OR is seeking caring CNAs to deliver quality nursing care and promote resident rights and well-being. You will provide individualized attention, support daily living activities, and document progress while adhering to safety and infection control policies.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Follow individualized care plans and relay observations to care planning staff.
• Attend to residents' needs: grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, mobility.
• Maintain skin integrity by turning immobile residents and applying moisturizers.
• Protect residents' personal belongings and report missing items per policy.
• Take vital signs, monitor weights, apply creams, collect specimens, and move residents safely.
• Document care in accordance with department policies.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, peers, and supervisors.

We are Regency Prineville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a skilled nursing community located in the heart of beautiful Prineville, OR. We are looking for caring & compassionate individuals to join our team.

As a CNA, you provide quality nursing care and promote resident rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality. You also provide individualized attention and encourage residents to maintain or attain their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

You Will:

• Ensure individualized care plans are followed and provide care planning staff with specific information, changes, and observations of the residents' needs and preferences.
• Attend to the resident's needs, including; grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, in keeping with the individuals' care requirements
• Maintain each resident's skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage by changing incontinent residents, turning, repositioning immobile residents, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin.
• Protect the personal belongings of each resident and promptly report missing items according to established policy.
• Take vital signs, residents' weights, apply creams/ointments, collect specimens, lift, move, and transport residents, using proper body mechanics or lifting devices to prevent accidents.
• Document care in keeping with department policies
• Follow prescribed safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate and interact tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.

You Currently:

• Possess a CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Have the ability to obtain CPR/BLS card.
