Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide registry of healthcare professionals. CNAs join to provide personal care and clinical support across various care settings, with onboarding and match via the CareLinx app. New graduates are welcome, and flexible scheduling helps you control your work hours.

You’ll be matched to clients based on location, needs, and availability, with ongoing support from Care Advisors to optimize placements and shifts.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or license.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 months of nursing assistant experience.
• Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to and from agreed shifts.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning).
• Aid with physician-ordered medications under RN supervision when applicable.
• Document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app.
• Submit timesheets on time through the app.
• Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding updates or changes in patient condition.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Additional shift opportunities as needed (transportation, hospital discharge escort, telehealth navigation).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core Responsibilities:

Assistpatients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning

Aid with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse

Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment

Document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift

Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp

Communicate with your Care Advisorregardingany case updates or changes in patient condition

Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs):

Transportation and errand support

Hospital discharge escort — safelyaccompanyingmembers home after discharge

Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

Active CNA certification or license

Active CPR/BLS certification

Minimum 2 months of nursingassistanceexperience
