Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for shifts in Pasadena, CA, across skilled nursing, home care, and hospital settings. You set your availability in the CareLinx app, choosing part-time or per-diem schedules, with on-demand matching and a dedicated Care Advisor team.

New graduates are welcome, and applicants must have an active CNA license, CPR/BLS, COVID vaccination, and smartphone access to use the CareLinx app for scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or license.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 months of nursing assistance experience.
• Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Aid with physician-ordered medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and safety in a secure environment.
• Document care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding case updates or changes in patient condition.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core Responsibilities:

• Assistpatients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning
• Aid with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your Care Advisorregardingany case updates or changes in patient condition
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification or license
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 months of nursingassistanceexperience

• Reliable transportation to and fromagreed upon shifts

• Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
• Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts
