New graduates are welcome, with onboarding support from a Care Advisor team to ensure the right client matches. We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personal care and clinical support across care settings, including skilled nursing facilities and home care, in Norwalk, CA.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or license.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 months nursing assistant experience.
• Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Must pass a background check.
• TB test/physical exam may be required by state law or client contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers and positioning.
• Aid with physician-ordered medications under RN supervision.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity and well-being in a safe environment.
• Document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding case updates or changes in patient condition.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

We'recurrently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care and clinical support to patients across a variety of care settings. New graduates are welcome!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core Responsibilities:

• Assistpatients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning
• Aid with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your Care Advisorregardingany case updates or changes in patient condition
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification or license
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 months of nursingassistanceexperience

• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
