Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide quality personal care in a respectful, community-focused setting.

This full-time role includes day, evening, or night shifts with rotating weekends. You will work closely with the nursing team to monitor residents, report changes, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide personal care including incontinent care and toileting.
• Assist with mealtime and feeding as needed.
• Observe and report changes to the nursing team.
• Participate in resident care planning and implement care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal care outcomes.
