Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. The role covers 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, providing direct resident care and support with daily living activities.

You will work under the supervision of the nursing team, assist with medications and vital signs, maintain accurate care records, and help create a warm, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
