Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in South Paris, ME. The CNA provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse and performs related tasks to support patient comfort and safety.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs directpatient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensedmedical professional.

The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient careactivities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for thepersonal needs and comforts of patients.

Minimum Requirements

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/staterequirements
• Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clericalfunctions
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
