Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in Anchorage, AK. You will deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a nurse and assist with daily living activities in healthcare facilities.

Requirements include CNA certification, one year preferred, knowledge of medical terminology, CPR if applicable, and readiness to meet state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/state requirements.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clerical functions.
• Complies with professional practice standards.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay: $1140 / Week

Location: Anchorage, AK

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs directpatient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensedmedical professional.

The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient careactivities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for thepersonal needs and comforts of patients.

Minimum Requirements:

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/staterequirements
