Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an acute travel assignment in White Salmon, WA. The CNA will perform direct patient care under supervision and handle a variety of patient care activities to support comfort and well-being.

Minimum requirements include CNA certification, knowledge of medical terminology, and preference for 1 year of CNA experience. The role offers travel opportunities and a 36-hour work week.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional.

The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.

Minimum Requirements

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/state requirements Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
