Bridgeview Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver exceptional resident care. Join our team for 7a-3p or 3p-11p shifts, with a $5,200 sign-on bonus. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, support mobility, and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Our facility emphasizes dignity, comfort, and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Florida CNA License and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
• Experience in long‑term care or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Provide mobility support and maintain clean, safe resident areas.
• Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly.
• Support daily routines to promote comfort and well‑being.
