Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support mobility. You will help maintain dignity and comfort, document changes, and participate in a team delivering high-quality care.

The role requires current CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication. All shifts include training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the shift.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
• Experience in long-term care or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Provide mobility support and keep resident areas clean and safe.
• Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly.
• Support daily routines to promote comfort and well-being.

All Shift: 7a-3:30p, 3p-11:30p & 11p-7:30a

Join our team as a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and help deliver exceptional care to residents. You’ll assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and ensure dignity and comfort in every interaction.

What You’ll Do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately
• Provide mobility support and maintain clean, safe resident areas
• Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly
• Support daily routines to promote comfort and well-being

What You Bring as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
