Job summary

Aston Group is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver personal care to residents. You’ll assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and help maintain dignity and comfort during every interaction.

This full-time or part-time role offers a sign-on bonus of $5,200 for FT, daily pay options, competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for training and professional growth. Work hours include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
• Experience in long‑term care or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Provide mobility support and maintain clean, safe resident areas.
• Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly.
• Support daily routines to promote comfort and well-being.
