Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, assist mobility, and ensure dignity and comfort in every interaction. Join our team and make a meaningful impact in long‑term or acute care settings.

What You’ll Do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating

• Monitor and document vital signs accurately

• Provide mobility support and maintain clean, safe resident areas

• Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly

• Support daily routines to promote comfort and well‑being

What You Bring as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Current CNA certification and high school diploma (or equivalent)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude

• Experience in long‑term care or acute care preferred
