Job summary

Aston Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care in a residential setting. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, and support mobility while upholding dignity and comfort.

Full-time or part-time positions are available for 3pm–11pm shifts. Must possess a current CNA certification and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer daily pay, competitive pay, and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Experience in long-term or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately
• Provide mobility support and maintain safe resident areas
• Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly
• Support daily routines to promote comfort and well‑being
