Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily resident care in our community. You will assist with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, while monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team.

This full-time and part-time role offers a new increased rate, daily pay options, and strong benefits. A Florida CNA license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; prior long-term or acute care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active through shift.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude.
• Experience in long-term or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
